Youll make red chile skillet nachos a fiery, rustic take on the classic followed by a tribute to one of New Mexicos most beloved restaurants, Rio Chama, with a verde chicken nacho featuring layers of tangy green chile sauce and tender chicken. Then, youll wrap things up on a sweet note with cinnamon caramel nachos, a dessert sure to satisfy every crunchy, creamy, sweet-tooth craving.
