Chef Amy will cover everything you need to know to host a successful and delicious Thanksgiving gathering. Learn start to finish on a chicken in class in prep for the Turkey on the big day, learn the techniques of scratch gravy, elevated sides and Chef Amys favorite holiday dessert. Enjoy hot spiced cider in class.
