Presenting a rare opportunity to take home a one-of-a-kind kitchen knife handmade in Chicago by Marc Weinstock of Prick Blades. Pre-owned in like-new, unused condition this blade comes to us from its first and only owner and features a 224mm / 8.8″ blade shaped from 1084 carbon steel finished with a captivating, dark forced patina. Tall convex bevels are designed for all manner of daily prep work from chopping to dicing and mincing, while the thin, razor-sharp edge’s upswept profile will perform especially well at carving and slicing tasks. For comfort and control Marc has layered beautiful, stabilized and green-dyed Hawaiian Koa wood atop liners of black G10 matched to a series of four black pins.
