Our next stop is France. I use a nutty aged French Gruyere that is shredded fresh. Then I pair it with roasted garlic to soften that pungent bite. I add a blend of rosemary, black pepper and sage for more flavor. Reminds me of our trip to France, sitting in an outdoor bistro having a cheese plate. These would have been the perfect accompaniment. |
