The evening will begin with a refreshing black rice salad with prawns and lime coconut dressing and a lychee martini.Then, youll get hands-on and learn how to make a variety of delectable fillings and dipping sauces before tackling the art of crafting delicate wontons and savory shumai and gyoza dumplings. MEET THE CHEF:
David Prewett grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas. Having developed a love for cooking from his mom at the age of five, he has been diving into the culinary landscape ever since. He graduated with his masters degree in nutrition. Specializing in scratch cooking and a variety of cuisines with emphasis in Italian, Asian, and, of course, Southern comfort food. He looks forward to taking you on an exciting culinary adventure full of laughter, amazing food, and great conversation. Bon appetite!
