The stone has two sidesone with a coarse grit (1000) to smooth off any unevenness, and one with a fine grit (4000) to hone and sharpen your knife. Includes a non-slip holder for stability while sharpening.

Care Instructions

• Before using your whetstone, soak it in water to ensure it stays wet while sharpening knives.
