Join Chef Helen in the HKS Kitchen for the next installment of Supper Club at Helen’s Table as she shares an array of recipes highlighting one of her favorite ingredients the Hatch green chile. Youll begin with a refreshingprickly pear margarita and amarket salad tossed in a tangy prickly pear vinaigrette. For the main course, youll craft a pasta pion verde with grilled salmon and elote flatbread. Then chef will treat you to a specially prepared salted caramel sundae, a delightfully sweet and satisfying finale to a delicious evening. Come experience the fresh, desert-inspired flavors of the Southwest. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.
