Featuring Leszek’s 50-layer house-made damascus, forged by hand from two carbon alloys and pure nickel and paired with an edge of ‘Spicy White’ 26c3 carbon steel, the knife delivers versatile, workhorse geometry for everyday meal prep. Thin behind a hard, sharp edge with nicely contoured, mid-height convex bevels above and a slim yet sturdy tip for precise cuts, the profile rocks beautifully on the cutting board, standing 58mm tall at the heel, with rounded choil and spine for comfort. Leszek’s integral bolster construction with hidden tang enjoys his rustic, hand-hewn finish, rough around the edges to give every knife character that we can’t look away from; unique, personal, and comfortable. And finally, continuing in the bolster’s octagonal form is a tapered handle of spalted beech wood.
