This cutter / shredder is an accessory that you can fit into the top of the Bosch Universal mixer so you can shred and cut from the bowl. It is an accessory that has three discs: crushing / grid (for thick or thin cuts), slicing (for thick or thin cuts) and a fine grid disc. You can adjust this accessory to the bowls with the columns of the center and thus crush or slice at different speeds.
