Blanc Creatives Heritage Collection represents the Virginia-based shop’s most exceptional cookware offerings, and it gets better: we partnered with Corry Blanc and his team on this special run of bronze-handled, hand-forged Heritage Roasters, available exclusively here while they last. Crafted in three sizes, each is formed by hand through fire and hammer, the pan’s walls bearing the marks of its forged origins. Every resulting roaster is a one-of-a-kind work of functional art for the chef’s kitchen. For easy movement to and from any heat source, a pair of beautiful, forged bronze loop handles complements the solid carbon steel base, secured by a pair of oversized, solid steel pins. In 9″, 11″, and 13″ sizes, with low, sloping walls, these pans are ideal for baking in the oven, frying and sauting on the stove, or cooking outdoors over an open flame. Pre-seasoned with coconut oil, carbon steel is durable, naturally non-stick, heats evenly, and performs on all heat sources and stove-top materials including induction, glass, gas, and electric.
