The Heritage Collection by Blanc Creatives of Waynesboro, Virginia represents their most exclusive carbon cookware offerings, and today the bar is raised again with the release of our limited-edition collaboration. We partnered with Corry Blanc and his team on this special run of bronze-handled, hand-forged Heritage Skillets, available exclusively here, and they delivered in striking fashion. Crafted in two sizes, each is formed by hand through fire and hammer, the pan’s walls bearing the marks of its precision forging. Every resulting skillet is a one-of-a-kind work of culinary art for the chef’s kitchen. For efficient work on any heat source, a long, curving, forged bronze handle is paired to the solid carbon steel base and secured by a pair of oversized, solid steel pins. In 9″ and 11″ sizes, with low, sloping walls, these skillets are ideal for stove-top meals large and small, for cooking outdoors over an open flame, or for elegant, tableside service. Pre-seasoned with coconut oil, carbon steel is durable, naturally non-stick, heats evenly, and performs on all heat sources and stove-top materials.
