This large Chinese cleaver has a thin edge for slicing and is not designed for chopping through bones (see our Meat Cleavers for that)
Barrel shaped wood handle with metal bolster and stick tang that’s folded over at the handle end
Blade measures 9 x 4.5″ with a 2mm spine and a weighs 12.6 oz.
