In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to infusepremium vanilla beans with rich bourbon and unlock the secret to enhancing all of your culinary creations. Next, youll create a decadent caramelized bananas foster in brown butter and bourbon vanilla sauce. Under expert guidance, youll master the technique of caramelizing bananas to perfection and get to experience the deliciously warm notes of the bourbon vanilla sauce drizzled on top. And youll get to enjoy this dessert paired with sweet and creamybourbon vanilla ice cream, elevating each spoonful to pure delight. Join us for an afternoon of sensory delight and culinary mastery, where you’ll take home not only newfound skills but also unforgettable flavors. Each guest will take home a 4 oz homemade vanilla, just in time for it to infuse for your holiday bakes! Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.
