How to Use:

• Place Knife on stable surface with cutting edge up, extend the knife tip off the surface 1//2.
• Hold knife firmly with one hand and sharpener with the other.
• Place sharpener on blade with the head at a 90 angle to the blades edge.
• Lightly press down and draw sharpener across blade with even pressure (Applying heavy pressure may result in losing your grip and could result in injury. Only sharpen in one direction.)
• Repeat several times until desired sharpness is achieved.

Warning: Improper use of this sharpener and/or failure to follow instructions can result in injuries. Keep your fingers inside the sharpener as shown and thumb securely on top of the handle. Not recommended for ceramic knives or serrated blades.
